Colorado Animal Rescue or CARE has taken in and adopted out close to 15,000 animals since it opened in 1992. Eighteen years ago, it moved to its Spring Valley location and continues to provide homes for cats, dogs, and the occasional exotic pet. KDNK’s Amy Hadden Marsh stopped by for a visit this week and spoke to the director Wes Boyd.
