US Sen. Michael Bennet (D-Colorado) answered unscreened questions from the public for one hour on Friday evening at Glenwood Springs Public Library. Former Carbondale mayor Stacy Bernot moderated, transparently choosing three names for questions at a time out of a large box, and controlling one microphone for public comment. You can read Aspen Daily News coverage here and Glenwood Springs Post-Independent coverage here. KDNK's coverage will air Monday, June 12th during Morning Edition and All Things Considered.

Gavin became one of the youngest station managers in public radio on February 1, 2017. He is a writer and producer with a passion for community media.
