Capitol tense as redistricting hearings begin

The senate president is firing back at Republicans who say hears behind efforts to redraw congressional maps to favor his own political ambitions. A bipartisan committee charged with helping create new congressional maps blew up last week when the two parties came up with drastically different proposals. KDNK's Bente Birkeland has the story
