Pace to challenge Tipton in 3rd congressional district

Democratic state house minority leader Sal Pace is running for congress in Colorado's 3rd congressional district. Pace announced his candidacy Tuesday, and will challenge Republican Scott Tipton. KDNK's Bente Birkeland has more from the state capitol.
