Governor issues first veto

This week, Governor John Hickenlooper vetoed his first bill. The measure would've required monthly premiums for certain families enrolled in a healthcare program for low income children. But Republicans are criticizing the Governor for failing to reign in the entitlement program. KDNK's Bente Birkeland reports.
