Bilingual ballot ruling delay is costing Colorado counties thousands

There’s a chance that several Colorado counties could be required to offer ballots in Spanish in the November election. But they’re still waiting to hear back on a ruling from the US Justice Department. As KDNK’s Conrad Wilson reports that delay from the feds is cost counties big.
