Carbondale, Aspen follow Basalt's lead by taking up bag fee question

Paying for paper or plastic at the grocery store check out could soon become a reality for Roaring Fork Valley residents. City councils from Carbondale to Aspen are considering fees for these one-time use bags. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh visited area stores recently to find out what shoppers think.
