GarCo Sheriff's Email Scandal

Last week, Tanny McGinnis, public information and community relations deputy with the Garfield County Sheriff's Department, sent an email to a list of undisclosed recipients, inviting them to a Republican Party candidate meet-and-greet on July 26th. She did this while on duty and Democrats say she violated the Free Campaign Practices Act. But, as KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh reports, this may not be the case.
