Do those wildlife fences work?

Wildlife fences along Highway 82 and I-70 were completed in 2009 and reduced roadkill over the following two years by almost 30 percent. The barriers are built within wildlife migration corridors and some officials say they interfere with herd sizes and genetics. So, how do the fences work? KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh spoke with Randy Hampton of Colorado Parks and Wildlife to find out.
