A gentle yoga class for caregivers and babies lead by local instructor Bettina Strecher. Classes are made up of beneficial yoga movements, infant massage, and a few stretches for caregivers. This is a laid back, supportive environment focused on building community and creating a safe space to share and connect with other caregivers. Soothing crying babies, changing diapers, and feeding baby in class are the norm. Dress yourself and your baby comfortably for gentle movement. No prior yoga experience is needed.
