"Women (Im)Print" and "Community Service Print Projects"
"Women (Im)Print" showcases hand-printed works by two local women who are both friends and collaborators; Katie Browne and Bailey Haines. The title is a play on words; printmaking as a mode of creative expression, and a nod to the imprints people and places leave in our lives, and vice versa.
"Community Service Print Projects" is a group exhibition of work by student-artists at The Project Shop, a local nonprofit arts organization. This program engages student artists to express their voices on critical issues, demonstrating how art can encourage conversation and connection within our communities.
Both shows are on display September 27-November 1 with an opening reception on October's First Friday 5:00-7:00pm with an artist talk at 5:30pm.
Both shows are generously sponsored by Robert Schultz Consulting.
