Border Wall Threatens Plant, Animal, Human Communities

Arizona Game and Fish

Myles Traphagen works on wildlife issues in the borderlands of Arizona and New Mexico for the Wildlands Network. He joins colleague Mirna Manteca tonight at Carbondale Middle School to talk about what’s happening to animal and human communities along the border wall. The bilingual event is part of Wilderness Workshop’s Naturalist Night series and begins at 6.  Here, he talks with KDNK’s Amy Hadden Marsh about some of the wildlife issues and how foundational US environmental laws, such as the National Environmental Policy Act, have been waived to build the wall.
