COWPL Protests Buffalo Horn Land Exchange Approval

The Bureau of Land Management recently approved the Buffalo Horn land exchange for thousands of acres in Rio Blanco and Moffat Counties. Local nonprofit and land exchange watchdog Colorado Wild Public Lands is protesting the decision.
