The amount of campers at Conundrum Hot Springs in the Maroon Bells/Snowmass Wilderness has tripled in the past decade, threatening Conundrum’s wilderness qualities. White River National Forest officials are working on an Overnight Visitor Use Management Plan to try to protect this and other spots.
