This week KDNK is exploring the concept of citizen engagement in local government decision-making. KDNK’s Lucas Turner starts the series by speaking to Carbondale Mayor Dan Richardson about the importance of engagement, and how the public can effectively advocate for changes in their community.
The Carbondale Board of Trustees meets at 6 pm on the second and fourth Tuesday of each month at Carbondale Town Hall. The meetings are also broadcasted live on Youtube.
