On Saturday, in conjunction with Waste Diversion and Spring Clean-Up Day, Carbondale police will collect expired prescription drugs at the police station from 10 AM to 2 PM. E-waste, textile recycling, and yard waste collection along with a compost giveaway will take place across from the Carbondale Town Hall from 8am to 4pm.
The Carbondale Tree Board hosts an Arbor Day Celebration, planting trees in Miners’ Park at 9am.
The Alice March for Climate Change meets Saturday at 10 AM at the Goat Restaurant parking lot.
