The KDNK Community Calendar for Saturday, July 31st is underwritten by Basalt Regional Library, presenting the annual Summer Reading Program for all ages.   • Aspen Snowmass presents the Power of Four Trail Run starting at 7 am

  • Seed Peace puts on a summer field day with farm tours along the banks of Thompson Creek at Sunfire Ranch at 9 am, 12 pm, and 3 pm.

  • Aspen Theatre puts on the play Willy Wonka Jr. at 10 am.

  • Aspen Music Festival presents Music on the top of Aspen mountain from music students at 1 pm and a live music pop-up at The Gant at 6 pm.

  • Your own KDNK and Aspen Art Museum present the Midsummer Blowout with live music and a spoken word project on the roof of Aspen Art Museum at 2 pm.

  • The Aspen Institute presents the Hurst Lecture Series with a virtual talk on corporate social responsibility at 4 pm.

  • Crystal River shows the movie Summer of Soul at 4:45 pm, then 12 Mighty Orphans at 7:30 pm.

  • Enjoy dinner and a show at The Glenwood Vaudeville Revue at 6 pm.

  • LP Herd plays at Heather's Savory Pies at 6:30 pm.

  • The Samples play at The Arts Campus at Willits at 7 pm.

  • Crown Mountain Park hosts a drive-in movie, Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle, starting at 8 pm.

Tomorrow…

  • The Basalt Sunday Market runs from 10 am to 2 pm.

  • Josefina Mendez & Mark Johnson play at Heather’s Savory Pies at 11 am.

  • Richard Ganson plays in the courtyard at Hotel Colorado at 4 pm.
