Aspen chefs compete for the best chicken wings in town at the Great Chicken Wing Throwdown from 5 to 9pm on the Sundeck at Aspen Mountain. Karl Denson’s Tiny Universe and DJ Dylan perform to benefit Lift Up, Feed My Sheep, Stepping Stones and the Aspen Homeless Shelter.
Also at 5, Ann Korologos Gallery welcomes author David Stockman for a reading and signing.

At 7, Rickhouse Social in Aspen will host a benefit for Tipsy Taxi. Since 1983, the program has provided safe rides home to thousands of people too intoxicated to drive safely. The party, billed as Save Tipsy Taxi, features food from Aspen Kitchen, DJs and a silent auction.
