Lucas Turner, KDNK

The Weekly News Reel takes a look back at the week's top local and regional news stories aired on KDNK between Monday, January 27 and Friday, January 31.

Carbondale Town Trustees are taking another look at affordable housing now that the average cost for a single-family home in Carbondale has topped a million dollars. And, in Glenwood Springs, the city Planning and Zoning Commission considered two new housing developments this week.

In Colorado news, state auditors found that oil and gas companies have failed to submit production reports that could cost the state millions of dollars in tax revenue.
