Wendy Peters Moschetti, director of strategic initiatives for LiveWell Colorado, also spoke about her organization's rebranding and the Colorado Farm and Food System Response Team.

  A new study by media and analysis firm Corporate Knights reveals that Colorado's Public Employee Retirement Association (PERA) lost over 1.7 billion in retirement savings since 2009 by continuing to invest in fossil fuels. Climate activists hope the new data could convince PERA's Board of Trustees to take divestment action.

More than 20,000 acres of BLM lands go on the virtual auction block Thursday for the agency’s quarterly oil and gas lease sale. Thirty-one parcels in western Colorado counties are up for bid, beginning online at 9 AM.  350 Colorado has organized a protest at the BLM office in Denver. KDNK’s Amy Hadden Marsh asked director Micah Parkin about the group’s concerns and how online auctions will impact protesting.
