These include information on becoming a political delegate, Jason Strother's experience of running a marathon with a guide dog, the app OverTHERE that helps blind people know what is in front of them, questions to ask a driver when getting dropped off, and Nick's trip to the ocularist for a new prosthetic eye.

Applying journalistic skills acquired while Nick could still see, "The Tactile Traveler" seeks to empower blind and low vision people to explore the world and help the sighted to see the world in a new way.
