On February 7th, Dandelion Market members, board, and staff decided to give the store until April to reach certain milestones that would determine if the store could stay open. But, last week, the market closed its doors for good. KDNK’s Amy Hadden Marsh got some details from Board chair Erica Sparhawk.

Erica Sparhawk was appointed to the Carbondale Board of Town Trustees in January 2017 when Dan Richardson was elected mayor. KDNK’s Raleigh Burleigh spoke with Erica about why she is running to keep a seat on the Board. KDNK will broadcast the candidate forum live from the Third Street Center on March 5th at 6pm.
