Cedar Networks

Durango-based Cedar Networks has now installed fiber optics on every utility pole in Carbondale proper. Co-owner Chris Stebner told KDNK’s Raleigh Burleigh that the plan is to expand into neighborhoods, based on demand.

Shortly after noon Tuesday, most internet services, cell phones, and landlines from Aspen to Carbondale suddenly stopped working. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh has this report. As of 12:30 a.m. on Oct 11th, phone lines have been restored.
