Affordable housing remains a big problem in the Roaring Fork Valley. KDNK’s Amy Hadden Marsh spoke with Kelly Vaughn, marketing director for Rocky Mountain Institute, at the Building for a Sustainable Future Symposium in Carbondale last week about the best kind of housing for the area and if green design can be incorporated at a low cost.
