This month United Way Cares host Traci Gurley-Tomshosky speaks with Shaman Rob Woo from Basalt about finding peace and calm in the face of turmoil.  Shaman Rob Woo has several books about health, wellness and spirituality.  This show usually focuses on non-profits in the valley, however because of COVID and it’s unique effects on mental health, this episode addresses how listeners can find more peace and tranquility.
