On this week's episode of Everything Under the Sun, host James Steindler interviews Heather Sackett of the nonprofit Aspen Journalism about her recent article, “Studies say Janeway site promising for Crystal River backup water supply."
Sackett is the managing editor at Aspen Journalism, and the editor and reporter on the Water Desk. She has been covering water issues in the Colorado River basin for Aspen Journalism since 2017. She has also reported for The Denver Post, the Littleton Independent and the Telluride Daily Planet. Heather has a master’s degree from the Center for Environmental Journalism at University of Colorado Boulder, and her work has been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists and the Colorado Press Association.
