The Garfield County Sheriff’s Office announced Thursday night that DNA evidence and interstate law enforcement collaboration has lead to an arrest in Texas of two suspects in a No Name stabbing one year ago. Delbert Willeford and Amy Kent will be returned to Garfield County to face charges by the 9th Judicial District.
