Seven hundred per hour is the magic number for CDOT and Glenwood Springs City Officials -  the number of vehicles that must stay off downtown streets, beginning Monday, to avoid gridlock. And, as KDNK’s Amy Hadden Marsh reports, it’s up to locals to make it happen.
