Congressman Scott Tipton on the Worsening Opioid Crisis

TheCenters for Disease Control reports that the opioid crisis in the US is getting worse. From July, 2016 through September, 2017, opioid overdoses went up 30% in 45 states, 70% in the Midwest, and large cities in 16 states witnessed an increase of 54%. KDNK's Amy Hadden Marsh asked Congressman Scott Tipton why some of what the Federal government is doing is not enough.
