The Roaring Fork Transportation Authority Board is considering a 2.65 mil levy property tax proposal on the November ballot. KDNK’s Raleigh Burleigh asked RFTA CEO Dan Blankenship why this is needed. RFTA hosts a public hearing on Thursday, August 9, at Carbondale Town Hall from 9am to 11am.
