Garco Libraries Ask for Secure Funding Part 3: Silt and New Castle

The Garfield County Library District is asking voters to decide on Proposition 6A next week. The initiative would raise property taxes within the District to provide permanent baseline funding for six libraries from Carbondale to Parachute.
