Nestle Wants New Permit to Pump, Bottle Upper Arkansas River Valley Water

The world’s largest food and beverage company wants a new 10-year permit to pump 200 gallons of groundwater a minute from the Upper Arkansas River Valley and truck it to Denver for bottling.
