Polis, Sierra Club, Western Watersheds Against Sandwash Roundup

In what could be the largest wild horse roundup in state history, the Bureau of Land Management began removing over 700 mustangs from the Sandwash Herd Management Area in NW Colorado Sept. 1. Governor Jared Polis and conservation groups who have never before voiced concern for mustangs have aske the BLM and the US Interior Secretary to stop the roundup.
