KDNK's Morgan Neely has this dispatch from the New Year, including Colorado workers seeing a deduction in 2023 for the state's voter-approved paid family and medical leave program. Also, we hear about efforts to preserve one of the Japanese-American internment camps in our region in Part Two of Saving Amache. Meanwhile, commuters in the Roaring Fork Valley better bring cash if they want to ride the bus this month. Morgan is KDNK's News Director. He comes to KDNK with public radio passion and experience. He was a news host, reporter, and operations/programming director at KAJX-Aspen, and has extensive experience working in municipal government.
