KDNK's Morgan Neely has Friday's news, including an update on the first court appearance for Charles Draughn, the 26-year-old Glenwood Springs man who allegedly threatened Summit County Schools personnel over the district's resolution in support of its LGBTQ+ students. And, White River National Forest today approved Pitkin County's proposal to construct a pedestrian and bike path from Redstone to the top of McClure Pass. Also, police hold a Coffee with Cops event at Whistle Pig Café in Rifle, a look at how the concept of "Disaster Ecology" is impacting our region, and a $.25 newspaper changes hands in the western reaches of Montrose County.
