A sign installed by a resident of Lawson Hill, an affordable-housing community just outside Telluride. Over the last half decade, an increase in emotional support animals has become a source of tension in the community, and E-S-A dog owners are beginning to speak out about what they say is an issue of housing discrimination and disability rights. A state agency found the dog owners have legitimate concerns.

KDNK's Morgan Neely has Wednesday's news, including Eagle and Pitkin counties coming to an agreement on housing Aspen inmates. And, Colorado lawmakers want to ban a dangerous restraint that's often used on people in crisis in prisons. Morgan is KDNK's News Director. He comes to KDNK with public radio passion and experience. He was a news host, reporter, and operations/programming director at KAJX-Aspen, and has extensive experience working in municipal government.
