Representative Elizabeth Velasco speaks on her recent letter of support for the Thompson Divide, plus housing and school safety bills made progress at the State Capitol yesterday. Also, federal dollars are about to gush into water projects in the West. Meanwhile, the region’s ranchers have been hit hard by this winter’s harsh weather.
