The Trump administration delisted gray wolves from the Endangered Species Act across most of the U.S. on October 29 but the species still holds endangered status in Colorado. Prop. 114, a statewide ballot question, asks for a gray wolf reintroduction plan by 2023. KDNK's Kathleen Shannon has more.
