Local High School Senior Asks GWS City Council to Protect Immigrants

Monica Quevedo, 18, graduates from Glenwood Springs High School in June and to cap off her Senior Project, she plans to ask the Glenwood Springs City Council to accept a resolution that will protect immigrants. On today's show, she and Sophia Clarke, campaign manager and Rocky Mountain point person for Colorado Immigrant Rights Coalition, talk about the project and about immigration issues impacting the Roaring Fork Valley and beyond. Monica goes before GWS City Council on May 17th.
