Here's your community calendar for Monday, February 9th, underwritten by Basalt Regional Library, presenting The Art of Being Human: Collage Self-Portrait Workshop on Thursday, February 19th at 4PM. Kids can explore what makes each of us unique! Using magazines and other collage materials, children will build expressive self-portraits that celebrate feelings, interests, and identity. - The Pitkin County Library's Non-Fiction Book Club meets at 5:30 today to discuss The Untold Story of the Edmund Fitzgerald, by John Bacon
- At 6 this evening, The Rifle Library offers Bilingual Citizenship Exam prep
- The Aspen Institute presents Sharing Shakespeare, with a deep dive into King Lear, that's also at 6pm today
- The Carbondale Library welcomes English In Action for their Open Hours today at 6:30
- The Lake County Library creates Handmade Journals using Japanese Stab Binding, that's also at 6:30
- The Collective Snowmass holds their weekly On The Rise Open Mic series, that's at 6:30 as well.
- The Crystal Theatre screens their final showing of The Secret Agent at 7
- And Pastime Saloon in Leadville puts on their Open Mic night at 7:30pm
