It's First Friday in Carbondale! Here's as many activities as we can fit in one day…
- Townline Trucks puts on live music all afternoon into the evening, with Mark Nussmeir from 3:30 to 5:30 and The Intaglios from 6 til 9.
- The Pitkin County Library puts on Lego Night at 4pm this afternoon
- Main Street in Carbondale will be open for First Friday, with 4th Street closed at Chacos Park from 4 to 9pm tonight
- Carbondale Arts unveils two new exhibits in their gallery at The Launchpad, with an opening reception from 5 to 7 this evening
- The Ute Theatre screens The Man Who Saves The World at 6pm
- The Roaring Fork Girls Varsity Basketball team hosts Denver's Manual High School for the first regional tournament game of the postseason, that's at 6pm today, followed by the Boys Varsity team squaring off against Brush at 7:30
- The Wheeler Opera House welcomes Kaki King for a Creative Guitar Workshop at 6:30.
- Also at 6:30, The Collective Snowmass puts on Jazz Supper Club
- The Crystal Theatre shows Blue Moon at 7pm
- Also at 7, Big Sam's Funky Nation performs at the Paul JAS Center in Aspen, with a second show at 9:15
- TACAW presents BeauSoleil avec Michael Doucet, starting at 7:30
- Steve's Guitars welcomes Jamie Dooley & Frank Martin for an 8pm performance
- Basic Witch DJs at Carbondale Beer Works at 8 this evening
- And Stablehand plays live at Pastime Saloon in Leadville at 9:30
