Here’s the KDNK Community Calendar for Tuesday, November 14th, underwritten by the Mount Sopris Rotary Club. Rotary is holding a raffle with all proceeds going to dental care for local children in need. Prizes include a 3-day trip to Denver with hotel and Broncos tickets. Looking ahead...
The 2016 U.S. Capitol Christmas Tree passes through Glenwood Springs Thursday Nov. 17th on its way from Idaho to the White House. The City of Glenwood Springs and the White River National Forest host a free, public event, beginning at 4 PM at Centennial Park to view the tree and usher in the holiday season with music from Symphony in the Valley.
KDNK’s annual Labor of Love auction and Holiday Bazaar on December 2nd from 5 to 9 at the Village Smithy includes ski passes, hockey tickets, guitars, and gift certificates. We are collecting more auction items through the end of next week. Drop by or call 963-0139.
