Calling all artists and performers! Light the Night with Love returns February 11th and 12th, sponsored by KDNK, Carbondale Arts, and Barbara Frota. This illuminated HeArt Walk will include farolitos created by the Roaring Fork community, light installations from area artists, and live performances
Imagine a cold, winter night while staying warm walking along the ARTway in — this year in downtown Carbondale. Hearts ring every light due to special LOVE lenses and surprises of song, fire and art bounce out of the darkness. In these strange times, Light the Night will bring comfort, curiosity and delight to all ages.
You get a special opportunity for involvement. We are seeking proposals for art installations and performers to be placed along the ARTway, proposals that are focused on that which lights up your heart. We believe that if we each focus on cultivating our own light, this will inspire others to do the same, fostering a collective intention on inspiring love and light in our community.
