Aikido for Kids ages 6-12
Aikido is a non-violent, Japanese martial art that translates as “the way of harmonizing with life force energy.” Training helps develop confidence, discipline, flexibility, cooperation, appropriate responsiveness and healthy assertiveness.
Kids’ class includes techniques and relevant games. As kids progress, they will be eligible for testing for colored belts/ ranks.
