Aikido for Kids ages 6-12
Aikido is a non-violent, Japanese martial art that translates to “the way of harmony.” In class, kids develop confidence, discipline, flexibility, cooperation, appropriate responsiveness and healthy assertiveness. We mix in some relevant games and as kids progress, they will be eligible for testing for colored belts/ ranks.
