Join us for a night of creativity and community as Theater Masters and TACAW proudly present Aspiring Playwrights, a showcase of short plays written by Roaring Fork Valley high school students! See the creativity of Roaring Fork Valley students come alive through incredible performances by local professional actors.

Through partnerships with English and Theater classes, student playwrights have worked alongside a professional director from New York City to develop and produce their plays.

This all-ages event is free and open to the public, with first-come seating in the theater.

About Aspiring Playwrights:

For the 26th year, Theater Masters presents the ASPIRING PLAYWRIGHTS FESTIVAL featuring the work of Roaring Fork Valley high school students. Students are invited to write an original short play (5-10 minutes) to submit to the festival for feedback and production consideration. All plays will receive professional feedback, and up to seven plays will be selected for a staged performance to be held at The Arts Campus at Willits (TACAW) on Tuesday, February 23rd. The performance will be directed by a New York City professional, and performed by local talent.
