Zumba is a global dance phenomenon that invites the body and spirit into a state of pure, rhythmic connection. Originally inspired by the vibrant dance traditions of Latin America — Salsa, Cumbia, Merengue, and Reggaeton — Zumba has since grown into a dynamic fusion of world rhythms, blending Afrobeat, Bollywood, Bhangra, Belly Dance, Hip Hop, and more into an electrifying celebration of movement.
Join us every Saturday at 10:30 am at the Third Street Center studio for a fun 50-minute class to explore every rhythm in movement and joy.

Many of us are searching right now for our best way to come forth with love and compassion in difficult, acrimonious times. Meditation teacher and Zen Buddhist practice leader Billy Wynne will share personal reflections and facilitate a discussion about what Buddhist wisdom can inspire in us to serve the causes of justice and peace. To support our integration and embodiment of these teachings, the service will include brief guided meditations. All are invited to come with open hearts and minds to share our collective wisdom, which has the power to transform our world. For more information about Billy, please visit billywynne.com.
