With fifty-one stations around the Roaring Fork Valley and a fleet of hundreds of traditional and electric bikes, WE-Cycle provides connectivity to work, play and transit in the mid and upper valley. Now, Carbondale Town Trustees are bringing the service further down-valley. KDNK’s Hattison Rensberry checks with Carbondale Mayor Ben Bohmfalk about when the program will roll out.

Glenwood's City Council approved an agreement with RFTA last December to begin planning their own debut of WE-Cycle, which will likely take place in 2024.

Hattison Rensberry grew up in Rifle, CO and earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design and Drawing at the University of Northern Colorado. She comes to KDNK as reporter and host after working on the design-side of news for the past three years. Hattie does theater locally, photography, needlecrafts, and also provides Editorial Design for the Sopris Sun. Tea>Coffee
