This week in the Roaring Fork Valley, the Colorado Shakespeare Festival is coming to TACAW with their Violence Prevention program partnered with Safe 2 Tell, presented as a production of The Merchant of Venice and a subsequent Q&A session with the cast. KDNK spoke with Heidi Schmidt, Colorado Shakespeare Festival’s Assistant Director of Outreach and Resident Dramaturg about what an audience can expect from the show.

CSF will be performing versions of The Tempest and The Merchant of Venice at several local schools this week. There’s a performance at The Arts Campus at Willits tonight at 7.
The show welcomes audience members over 11 years of age, and is free with an online RSVP. More information is available at TACAW.org
