The town of Carbondale is reminding residents that they have until January 22nd to submit nomination petitions for the town's Board of Trustees. All candidates must be a qualified elector of the Town, a citizen of the United States, at least 18 years of age, and must have resided in the Town of Carbondale for one consecutive year. Petition packets are available by request from the town clerk, at town hall during working hours.
Three seats on the Board of Trustees will be up for grabs during the municipal elections on April 2nd.
